It is not easy to describe what makes a pleasant stay in a foreign place and it is much harder to get an impression on that from the distance.
We decided to publish some feedback e-mails we actually received to help you in getting an idea what makes our Hotel unique...

I am just writing a short thank you for the excellent stay we had at your hotel. The room was lovely and the food absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the Grand Prix and were very impressed with how friendly every one was at Hockenheim. We will certainly recommend your Hotel to anyone we know who going to that part of Germany.

On behalf of my family i would like to thank you and your staff for the wonderful weekend we had at your hotel last weekend. The food was excellent both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening.
The rooms were very good and comfortable. Dad was pleased he got his cuckoo clock from the Black Forest (Triberg) which is being sent over by post.

I inteded to e-mail you as soon as we returned home, but time got away from me. We stayed at your lovely hotel in mid-August and were one of the 3 couples who left very early in the morning to go to the airport in Frankfurt, missing what I am sure was a wonderful fruhstucksbuffet. We wanted to tell you how very much we enjoyed meeting each of you. We thought the Neu Heidelberg was very lovely, charming, and so comfortable. We were sad it rained because it would have been lovely to sit on our deck and enjoy your garden more.
We plan to return to Germany in 2 years and again to end our trip with you and fly out of Frankfurt. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.
